Our team is dedicated to creating distinct, affordable housing solutions by developing real estate in high demand areas.

Texas Group specializes in developing land parcels. We perform land development from acquisition through land planning, budgeting, infrastructure construction management, and marketing.

Real Estate Development

Texas Group manages all aspects of real estate development. We have the talent and expertise to handle the legal, financial, construction, risk management, and regulatory aspects of our projects.

Construction Management

Texas Group performs construction management services. We strive to excel in our project-management skills, quality workmanship, and efficient execution. Our goal is to deliver our projects on time and under budget.

Danna Sivan

FOUNDER

Danna oversees all aspects of project planning, development, and execution. She is responsible for facilitating city and governmental program opportunities and coordinating project marketing.

Avishai Sivan

FOUNDER

Mr. Sivan has been acquiring and developing land, along with single family construction projects throughout Houston over the last decade. Avishai holds an LLB degree and a BA degree in Business.

Ron Yudovich

CFO

Ron is CFO for Texas Group, overseeing accounting, finance, underwriting, acquisitions, dispositions, and asset management. Ron has over 20 years of experience in commercial real estate finance. Ron holds a B.A. degree in Economics and an M.B.A. degree in finance.

Eli Amsterdam,

EVP, Multifamily

Eli Amsterdam, Executive Vice President of Multifamily, leads Texas Group’s growth strategies and investment decisions. Eli is a veteran in multifamily investing, having executed dozens of multifamily transactions. Before joining Texas Group, Eli served as VP of Sourcing and Logistics for Outerstuff, an international Sports Brands company.

Zvi Tsafrir

Project Manager

Zvi joined Texas Group as a construction site supervisor. Previously Zvi worked as a System Engineer. Zvi holds a Bachelor of Science (BSc) in Mechanical Engineering and a Master of Science (MSc) in Management Engineering.

Rachel Ross

Operations Manager

Ms. Ross is responsible for operations, sales management, and customer service. Prior to Texas Group, Rachel was a Foreclosure Assistant with Northwest Trustee Services.
